Design Tips

We suggest 5 basic items to you to get started:

Team Name
Team Logo
Team Mascot
City and/or State your team is located
Year of the Event

Please provide artwork from an actual design file, we recommend .ai, .eps or hand sketched design. format – please send to us digitally in .jpeg or png format.

Quantity Help

We do have a 100-piece min.
Trading pins are typically traded 1 to 1.
If you order a larger size or add an accessory or 2, you may be able to trade 2/3 to 1
depending on the competition at the tournament.

Pin Size Assistance

Pin size is measured by the longest point, either top to bottom or left to right.
All Sports sell pins in the sizes 1-3/4” to 3”.
Pins over 3” are a custom quote, please give us a call-833-983-2394.

Names and Numbers

Players names and numbers can be added to your design.
Clarity is often a concern, so we suggest no smaller than 1-3/4” pin size for players numbers.
No smaller than 2” for the names, nick names are preferred.
If adding both name and number’s we suggest using the sizes of 2-1/4” or 2-1/2”.

Delivery (Order Early!)

We highly recommend ordering your pins early so they arrive on time. We suggest 3-4 months ahead of your event.
Once your order is placed and a 50% deposit is received, it will take between 4-5 weeks to make and process your pins.
All Sports trading pins uses UPS ground service, expedited shipping can be added at your team’s cost. Tracking is used to ensure security of your package.
